Faculty Achievements

K.S.Murugan

K.S.Murugan, a veteran joined in this institution in 1967 as a Tamil teacher.

He was a member of the Tamil Nadu Textbook committee in 1981 and compiled textbooks for Std 4 and 6.

Acted as a resource person for programs arranged by SCERT and NCERT.

Presented copious research papers on topics relating to religion and spirituality.

Received “Saiva Siddhantha Semmani Award” and “Best Teacher Award”.

In the year 1969, he composed our school song which expounds the motto of our school “Serve and Smile”. The song is sung in the assembly even today.
